The short version

I'm Harrison — a Delivery Manager based in West Yorkshire. I work in digital transformation, helping teams ship software that matters. I hold PRINCE2 Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master certifications, and I'm completing a Level 6 Project Management Degree Apprenticeship at Northumbria University.

Outside of work, you'll find me watching Leeds United (for better or worse), tinkering with my Fantasy Premier League team, at the gym, or diving into a game of Football Manager.

Why this site exists

I started this site because I wanted a space to think out loud. Some of that thinking is about delivery management — things I've learned on the job, frameworks I've tested, mistakes I've made. Some of it is about university and what it's like juggling a degree alongside full-time work. And some of it is just about life, sports, and whatever's on my mind that week.

I believe the best way to learn something properly is to write about it. So that's what I'm doing here.

What I write about

  • Delivery & Agile — Real-world lessons from managing digital projects. Scrum, Kanban, stakeholder management, and everything in between.
  • University & Life — Reflections on my degree apprenticeship, personal development, and figuring things out.
  • Sports — Football, Leeds United, Fantasy Premier League, and whatever else I'm watching.
